Flat conveyor belt, chain, Ferris wheel, carousel, overhead trolley, serpentine, spindle, and slat are all examples of conveyor oven designs. Conveyor ovens, unlike batch ovens, do not require loading, unloading, or heating and cooling, saving both time and money. Tempering, annealing, curing, preheating, drying, heat-shrinking, and heat-forming are all done in industrial conveyor ovens. Batch ovens are more flexible than conveyor ovens. They are designed to be used as part of a manufacturing process yet have the same temperatures as batch ovens. Conveyor ovens are mechanized for large amounts of small to medium sized goods and can have a continuous feed or indexing through heat zones.
